Jérémy grew up with the dream and firm intention of becoming a professional hockey player. At 15 years old, he left his native region (Valais) in order to join the Kloten Flyers junior movement and to learn German. During the next 5 years, he had the chance to participate in different youth world championships U18 and U20 with the Swiss national team.
At the age of 17 and for the next 4 seasons, he played in the Lausanne Hockey Club (LHC). With the LHC, Jérémy earned 2 Swiss national titles of LNB. He then signed with Rapperswil-Jona Lakers in LNA for two seasons. Serious injuries hampered however his career. He persisted during the next few years to get back to his highest level, despite recurring health problems. From 22 to 27 years of age, he played for the LHC again, with a promotion to LNA.
Whilst he was still playing in the LNB, Gérald Métroz and Gaëtan Voisard (Third Eye Services SA or TES SA), who were his agents during his career, offered him to finish his apprenticeship in their firm.
Jérémy joined The 6ix Sports Leadership in August 2017 as an employee in charge of the development and the recruitment of new young talents.
